Field problem resolution for Alstom products to ensure their availability. **Responsibilities:** * Resolution of issues during warranty period in the field, as well as pre-warranty and commissioning activities, including investigation and repairs. * Execution of fleet verification activities. * Reporting and recording any deviation (failure/event) in the failure management tool. * Application & reinforcement of Alstom’s and the Customer’s EHS standards & PI process safety rules. * Execution of test procedures, problem correction, system performance evaluation, and component failure analysis prior to sending for repair. * Supporting implementation of field modifications. * Supporting technical investigations together with Engineering and internal/external suppliers. * Recommending preventive and corrective maintenance actions. * Ensuring smooth communication regarding interventions & operations during problem resolution and supporting shift handover. **Qualifications & Experience** * Technical education (electrical/electronic). * Basic IT knowledge. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a technician in problem resolution/investigation/testing (mechanical or electrical/electronic). * Product knowledge. * EHS knowledge and exposure. * Fluent in Portuguese; basic English, preferably intermediate. * Willingness to travel (short- and long-term assignments), nationally and internationally.
