A construction company is seeking a Senior Project Designer in São Paulo (Vila Monte Alegre). **Responsibilities:** Develop, review, and update technical projects. Full coordination across disciplines: Electrical / Hydraulic / Mechanical (HVAC) / Structural / Steel / Concrete / Foundations / PCI / ISO Panel. BIM modeling and documentation, ensuring standardization and high quality. Identify interferences, propose solutions, and support engineering decision-making. Organize and maintain models and documentation according to BIM best practices. Assist in preparing proposals and budgets, providing technical support.
