Opportunity for career growth within the company Electromechanical Technician \- MOBILE (Critical Mission) Mobile operations across different units Mon to Thu: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM \| Fri: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour break) Salary: R$ 3\.108,32 \+ 30% hazard pay **Responsibilities:** Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning and refrigeration systems (Split, VRF, Chiller, Fan Coil, Precision), diagnosing faults, reading electrical diagrams, and operating in critical environments. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education and relevant work experience * Prior experience in maintenance of building and/or commercial air conditioning systems * Knowledge of integrated electrical and mechanical systems * Hands-on experience with chillers, fan coils, splits, VRFs, and automation * Ability to diagnose and resolve faults in air conditioning systems and electrical controls * Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and control diagrams * Refrigerant gas recovery and charging * Good practices in electrical installations and controls **Benefits:** * Meal allowance: BRL 37.30 per day \- usable at supermarkets and restaurants, deposited onto a flexible card * Transportation allowance: As required for commuting * TotalPass \- Access to gyms (optional) * Partnerships with educational institutions * Opportunity for career growth within the company Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$4\.040,82 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Education: * Completed technical education (preferred) Work Location: On-site
