This includes auditing, monitoring, and troubleshooting deviations in production. This job profile is intended for experienced professionals who apply practical knowledge of a job area and work independently with general supervision. **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze quality requirements specified in pump manufacturing standards and applicable customer and certification body specifications; * Develop Inspection Plans for Sulzer equipment; * Analyze raw material certificates for pump components against applicable international standards and customer requirements; * Prepare technical documentation for hydrostatic testing and final equipment inspection; * Compile the Sulzer equipment Databook for customer submission, among other duties relevant to the position **Required Skills:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering or related field * Knowledge of reading and interpreting standards applicable to processes and customer orders; * Familiarity with departmental procedures involving development of Inspection and Test Plans (internal development); * Technical knowledge of non-destructive testing requirements; * Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard and quality tools is an advantage Advanced English * **What we offer you** ===================== Health insurance, dental insurance, and life insurance Meal allowance, on-site meals, and public transportation/shuttle service Wellness program and Gympass Profit Sharing and Results Program (PLR) Private pension plan Wide variety of learning opportunities Sulzer is an equal opportunity employer.
