Developing and reviewing quality procedures We seek a Quality Analyst with solid experience in Quality Management Systems within the industrial sector, expertise in ISO 9001, and mastery of day-to-day quality tools (NCs, audits, procedures, indicators, measuring equipment, etc.). ? **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor and address non-conformities (NCs) with responsible departments, ensuring feedback, recording, and execution of action plans. * Participate in external inspections, supporting teams and preparing inspection reports. * Support analysis of results and implementation of action plans, actively participating in decision-making with leadership. * Conduct internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 requirements across the entire company. * Join the internal audit team, monitoring and supporting implementation of regulatory requirements. * Develop and review procedures, work instructions, internal forms, and other documents related to quality management. * Issue and/or control quality documents: certificates, technical reports, raw material certificates, among others. * Monitor control of measuring equipment (storage, updating spreadsheets, calibration certificates, etc.). * Monitor and analyze laboratory tests/samples together with line inspectors, ensuring compliance with standards and requirements. * Develop and monitor quality reports and indicators (KPIs). * Conduct internal integrations and training related to quality whenever necessary. * Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external customers. ✅ **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Quality Management, Administration, or related fields. * ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Certification * Solid experience in Quality Management Systems within the industrial sector, with practical application of ISO 9001:2015
