




**Description:** Responsible for developing components, systems/subsystems for vehicle engineering (chassis, cab, suspension/steering, engine installation, and vehicle installation). To this end, the validation engineer must work closely with the development team, including local and global partners and suppliers. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Lead component and system development from the concept phase through to start of production (SOP); Collaborate closely with global, multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions aligned with organizational objectives; Maintain relationships with the supplier chain as well as other company departments within the scope of product development; Manage development-related challenges concerning performance, manufacturability, and cost; Analyze and implement solutions for technical issues arising from testing and customer feedback; Apply and promote the DFSS (Design for Six Sigma) methodology and its tools (CDR, DFMEA, Concept Selection, Ishikawa/FTA, TRS, RVP) in engineering activities; Prepare specific product engineering technical documentation; Develop projects and solutions jointly with global engineering teams.
