Supervise the Dental Brush and Dental Floss Maintenance Team, focusing on safety and quality in meeting operational demands, thereby ensuring reliability of machines, facilities, and equipment through optimal resource allocation, execution of preventive maintenance programs, support for autonomous maintenance programs, and control of maintenance costs. Support improvement initiatives and new technologies, ensuring alignment with departmental strategy. **Responsibilities:*** Maintenance Management * Coordinate execution of preventive/corrective maintenance tasks on machines, facilities, and equipment, assigning tasks, clarifying questions, and setting priorities to deliver rapid and efficient service to operations. * Provide technical guidance during task execution by subordinates, monitoring and verifying completed work to ensure compliance with established specifications and standards. * Ensure implementation of scheduled maintenance/cleaning plans and collect operational inputs regarding improvement opportunities within these plans. * Develop, review, and analyze operational and maintenance procedures. * Monitor and manage maintenance KPIs, including MTTR, MTBF, Maintenance Cost, Activity Adherence, and Maintenance Productivity. * Actively participate in new technology project initiatives, proposing new projects and evaluating market trends. * Promote a culture committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence. * Monitor audit results and development of action plans, allocating necessary resources to advance the operational excellence program. * Participate in and provide technical support for improvement initiatives. * Focus on cleanliness and organization using 5S methodology across administrative areas, workshops, and production areas—including machines and equipment. * Promote technical and operational training activities, valuing sustainable and standardized team capability development, and directing maintenance resources when required. * Ensure updated preventive maintenance plans aligned with available departmental resources and business needs. * Promote digitalization of maintenance with focus on performance and outcome improvement. * Support planning of scheduled maintenance and cleaning activities, aligned with production, planning, engineering, and procurement teams. * Ensure proper functioning of parts and services replenishment request workflows. **Basic Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields. * Solid experience in maintenance management. * Strong technical knowledge in mechanics/electrical systems. **Other Desired Qualifications:*** Basic English proficiency. **Our Commitment to Inclusion** Our journey begins with our people—developing strong talents from diverse backgrounds and perspectives to better serve our consumers worldwide and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone truly belongs.
