Job Summary: Professional responsible for ensuring vehicle safety and efficiency through preventive and corrective maintenance, following technical standards and safety regulations. Teamwork and commitment to results **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Interpret symptoms reported by drivers. * Ensure equipment or vehicles operate safely, efficiently, and reliably, preventing failures and ensuring operational availability. * Correctly use diagnostic tools and equipment. * Perform preventive maintenance according to the established plan. * Execute corrective maintenance with quality and in accordance with technical standards. * Follow technical procedures and manufacturer specifications. * Strictly comply with occupational safety regulations. * Ensure vehicles are released in safe operating condition. * Properly use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). **Requirements:*** ***Technical Requirements:*** * Technical course in Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related fields. * Knowledge of systems: * Diesel engine * Pneumatic system (brakes and suspension) * Electrical and electronic systems * Transmission and differential * Reading and interpretation of technical manuals. * Minimum 2 years of experience in refrigeration. * Technical knowledge of refrigeration. ***Technical Competencies (Advanced Level):*** * Good communication * Critical analysis * Process discipline * Priority management * Workplace safety ***Behavioral Competencies:*** * Teamwork * Organization and planning * Interpersonal communication * Commitment to results * Discipline and compliance * Proactivity **Benefits:** Health insurance, Dental insurance, Meal\-voucher, Food\-voucher
