Individuals who value respect for people and the environment, collaboration, and daily innovation. **Responsibilities and Duties** The professional will be responsible for **promoting organizational integrity**, supporting the implementation of the Integrity Program across the company’s units nationwide. Key responsibilities include: * Disseminating the culture of integrity across all units throughout Brazil via **in-person training;** * Conducting **inspections related to the Integrity Program;** * Supporting or investigating **reports received through the Whistleblower Channel**, per Corporate Compliance guidelines; * Serving as the **focal point and facilitator for Corporate Compliance**, clarifying doubts and managing local program demands. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Behavioral Skills:** * Strong **interpersonal, interdepartmental, and public communication skills;** * A **multidisciplinary, organized**, and proactive profile; * Ability to represent the integrity program ethically, clearly, and responsibly. **Technical Skills:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with **intermediate-level Excel;** * Technical knowledge for handling reports and data; * Ability to conduct **in-person training;** * Capacity to perform inspections and investigation processes related to the **Integrity Program.** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in **Social Work, Compliance, or Communications;** * **Driver’s license Category B;** * **Willingness to travel on business 80% of the time**, including short- or long-duration trips. **Additional Information** **Work Location:** Pinheiros, São Paulo/SP **Work Modality:** 100% In-person **Benefits:** Meal allowance; Transportation allowance; Life insurance; Health plan; Private pension plan; Auster (emotional support); Gympass; Profit-sharing program (PLR). **Construcap** is one of the ten largest construction companies in Brazil, operating in heavy construction, electromechanical assembly, and industrial and commercial markets.
