Founded more than 100 years ago, Puig is a family\-owned company with a long\-term commitment to our brands and stakeholders. **The Opportunity:** ------------------- Promote and enhance team performance through in-store actions that enable achievement of sales targets while consistently delivering a unique and memorable shopping experience—anticipating customer desires and thereby satisfying their needs. **Your Responsibilities:** ------------------------- * Monitor stores within your area and their Beauty Consultants and Advisors; * Secure additional shelf space and enhanced visibility for PUIG brands in stores within your area; * Deliver cascaded training to BCs and other store staff using tools: Brand Experience, Wikiparfum, Ean Nose; * Visit stores to verify grooming standards, planograms, and maintenance and cleanliness of PUIG spaces; * Assess requirements for display fixtures, visuals, STSs, furniture repairs, fitting rooms, and in-store activations across your region’s points of sale (PDVs); * Observe and guide the team at their workplace according to established behavioral, approach, and customer service standards; * Influence BCs, store managers, and supervisors to improve brand visibility and objective attainment; * Conduct required audits via the SPOT tool; * Meet deadlines for submission of all reports and activities related to the role; * Provide support in resolving issues; MONITORING KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: * Ensure adherence to scheduled team visit frequency versus planned schedule; * Monitor progress toward objectives and guide action plans to recover underperforming results; PEOPLE MANAGEMENT: * Support performance evaluations; * Assist in recruitment and selection (including third-party personnel); * Provide feedback to team members; POINT-OF-SALE MATERIALS (PLV) MANAGEMENT: * Ensure proper usage of promotional gifts and samples distributed to your area; CAMPAIGNS AND PROMOTIONS: * Support BAs and BCs in engaging with active campaigns; * Implement promotions correctly per defined mechanics and ensure timely delivery of rewards. COMPETITOR ACTIVITY: * Propose differentiated initiatives via Workplace. **We’d Love You to Have:** ------------------------------------- * Education: Completed High School. Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) is a perfect plus; * Experience in Customer Service and Sales; * Knowledge of Fragrance; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel mandatory; PowerPoint preferred); * Valid Brazilian Driver’s License (Category B) and personal vehicle.
