What matters most is that you enjoy challenges, work well in teams, embrace our culture and mission of connecting every Brazilian to their universe. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Maintain daily community presence on social media and WhatsApp channels, handling community routines: interactions, moderation, targeted activations, and tone adjustments. * Implement content projects aimed at developing and growing communities. * Monitor behavioral signals, comments, and performance metrics, bringing daily insights that may evolve into strategic directions or actionable insights for the channels. * Contribute topic and format suggestions to bring UOL closer to its communities. * Partner with other departments to ensure alignment among content, community strategy, and business objectives. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Journalism, Advertising, or related fields. * Experience or strong affinity with social media community development. * Familiarity with major social media platforms and publishing/scheduling tools (mLabs, Later, Socialbakers, or similar). * Knowledge of basic content production/editing tools (Canva, Figma, CapCut, or equivalents). * Strong understanding of digital culture, audience behavior, and platform ecosystems (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp channels, etc).
