All divisions share the purpose of connecting people and markets through alignment and learning. **Job Description** **The professional will execute the Health sector’s conference and seminar strategy, ensuring relevant speakers for the defined audience. Key responsibilities include:** * Supporting the Content team in delivering the product’s strategic plan—including researching and engaging with the target market. * Curating and developing agendas and topics for conferences, hybrid events, or commercial products. * Regularly engaging with the market to identify top specialists and executives from national and multinational companies to speak across various formats (webinars, workshops, keynote speeches, and panel discussions). * Creating written content about conferences and content agendas to support promotional strategies. * Actively collaborating with other departments (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure high-quality deliverables. * Conducting qualitative research to support product strategic planning. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Communications (Journalism or Public Relations) or related fields aligned with the healthcare market. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Experience in content curation or thematic research (ability to identify topics relevant to the target audience). * Effective communication skills—essential for negotiating with speakers, partners, and sponsors. * Strong organizational skills and autonomy. * Flexibility and adaptability to handle last-minute changes and unforeseen circumstances. * Preferred: Prior experience in the healthcare market (especially B2B). * Spanish (desirable). **Additional Information** What we offer: * CLT employment contract. * Hybrid work model: 3 days per week at the office (next to Pinheiros metro station) and 2 days per week remote. * Benefits: Monthly meal voucher, transportation allowance, medical assistance (extendable to spouse and children), life insurance. * Profit-sharing program (PLR). * Employee Assistance Program (psychological, financial, legal, and social counseling). * Birthday day off. * Training programs (LinkedIn Learning, coaching, mentoring, among others). * Remote work allowance. * Total Pass. * Office building with changing rooms and bicycle parking. * Workplace location: Pinheiros / São Paulo.
