PRODUCTION ASSISTANT * Perform tasks related to packaging production. * Carry out the packaging process to achieve the required quality and quantities. * Observe and comply with occupational hygiene and safety regulations while performing assigned duties. * Apply quality management system procedures. * Ensure proper handling and preservation of equipment and materials used in packaging. * Be responsible for handling, storage, and preservation of raw materials and auxiliary supplies. * Be responsible for ensuring accurate data entry into the integrated system and correct completion of production control documentation. * Be responsible for maintaining and promoting cleanliness of equipment and the cutting and packaging line area. * Be responsible for ensuring equipment operates properly and must promptly report malfunctions or failures to supervisors for maintenance. * Be responsible for achieving established performance indicators or targets. * Remain aligned with the company’s mission and policies. * Comply with environmental procedures, environmental aspects and impacts, and selective waste collection. * Uphold the company’s mission, values, policies, and objectives by adhering to established internal standards, instructions, and procedures—ensuring quality, occupational safety, and environmental protection—to contribute to employee development, process optimization, sustainable development, and improved service to internal and external customers. * Comply with Klöckner Pentaplast’s Integrated Management System, based on the Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health and Safety Policy; customer requirements; Recommendations – RDC No. 658/2022 – Good Manufacturing Practices; environmental aspects and impacts; occupational health and safety risks and hazards; worker consultation and participation, in accordance with NBR ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management Systems, NBR ISO 14001:2015 – Environmental Management Systems, and ISO 45001:2018 – Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems. **Apply Now!** If you are determined, thrive in a fast\-paced environment with high levels of accountability and focus, then we’d love to meet you!
