Promotion of a collaborative and excellence-oriented work environment. **Position: Unit Manager** We are seeking a **Unit Manager** to lead operational activities at the clinic, ensuring excellence in processes, patient care, and team performance. This professional will be responsible for coordinating administrative routines, monitoring key performance indicators, and fostering a workplace aligned with the institution’s culture and values. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise all operational activities of the unit (reception, service delivery, clinical and administrative teams). * Ensure compliance with established protocols, processes, and quality standards. * Monitor performance indicators, goals, and unit results. * Track and report results to the Operations Coordinator. * Lead periodic team meetings to align on performance, processes, and culture. * Manage schedules, working hours, staff rosters, and patient flow. * Oversee basic administrative and financial routines (cash handling, closings, document organization). * Monitor patient experience, ensuring humane and effective service delivery. * Support procurement, materials management, and inventory control. * Resolve conflicts and make sound decisions. * Represent the unit before suppliers, partners, and internal departments. * Promote a collaborative, ethical, and excellence-oriented work environment. **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Business Management, HR, or related fields (preferred). * Minimum 2 years’ experience managing units, clinics, or service operations. * Experience leading teams and overseeing operational processes. * Proficiency in management tools, spreadsheets, and administrative systems. * Strong interpersonal communication skills, organizational ability, and sense of responsibility. * Availability for on-site work and occasional support to other units. **Desired Profile** A professional with human-centered leadership, ethical conduct, and strategic vision.
