Work Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off: 08:00 to 18:00 Day Off: Sunday Location: Diadema Medical Center **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:** * Manage the medical center with emphasis on operational excellence, results, and care for staff, clinical professionals, and patients; * Analyze performance indicators, plan strategic actions, and ensure achievement of targets; * Develop and maintain a high-performance team; * Actively contribute to the company’s budget planning and control; * Ensure effective implementation of new processes related to patient flow, medical services, and nursing services; * Strategically manage team overtime and vacation schedules to ensure operational efficiency and balance. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Solid experience in people management and healthcare unit administration; * Knowledge of and ability to analyze performance indicators; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * Familiarity with people management tools (PDI, feedback, 9Box, CHA, coaching). **We offer a comprehensive benefits package to take care of you:** * Medical Assistance, provided according to your eligibility * Meal Voucher and Food Voucher for your daily meals * TotalPass for your physical well-being * Transportation Voucher to facilitate your commute * Daycare Assistance, as per CLT regulations, to support early childhood education * Dr. Consulta Card offering exclusive health benefits If you possess the above experience and competencies, we’re looking for a professional like you!
