Job Summary: Professional responsible for the operational and administrative management of a dental clinic, including patient service, appointment scheduling, and insurance billing. Billing, financial control, and issuance of invoices **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 9:15 AM to 7:15 PM **Experience Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Responsibilities include: * Opening and closing the clinic; * Patient, phone, and WhatsApp service; * Managing appointment schedules for all dentists; * Daily tracking of no-shows and contacting them for rescheduling; * Confirming whether an updated surgical X-ray (RX) is available before scheduling a patient for surgery; * Issuing invoices; * Sales and after-sales support with assistance from the manager; * Receiving patient payments and recording them in the system; * Calculating dentists' commissions; * Processing Autesp; * Insurance billing; * Releasing insurance forms requested by dentists, sorting them by date of service, and entering them into the system; * Daily statement, verification of insurance forms, payment confirmations, and appeal of claim denials; * Uploading surgical X-rays (RXs) to insurance portals; **Requirements:** Reside near the workplace; Prior experience handling insurance forms, preferably in dentistry; Availability to open and close the clinic; Commitment to responsibilities and strong communication skills; **Benefits:** Medical insurance, Dental insurance, Food allowance, Meal voucher, Transportation allowance
