Join us and become part of a team committed to **saving lives and building Brazil.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform duties in accordance with the principles of the Medical Code of Ethics and comply with workplace regulations; * Provide patient/user care according to service demand, including taking medical history, performing physical examinations and formulating diagnostic hypotheses, carrying out procedures, referring patients/users for complementary exams when necessary, initiating specific treatment or referring them to another specialty; * Conduct patient history-taking and physical examination; order or perform complementary exams and inter-specialty consultations; * Interpret clinical and complementary exam results; * Diagnose patients’/users’ health status; * Inform users about significant changes in their clinical progression and document such information in medical records; 7\.
