The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in ISO 45001, knows how to establish and maintain an Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS), drafts technical documents accurately, and conducts internal audits autonomously. The role serves as the cornerstone of the company’s occupational health and safety (OHS) documentation management, responsible for keeping the management system alive, traceable, and continuously compliant with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements. Develop, review, and control all OHSMS documentation: Risk Assessment Report (PGR), Hazard Analysis (APR), Accident Prevention Program (PCA), Occupational Health Surveillance Program (PCMSO) (interface), Labor Technical Report on Working Conditions (LTCAT), Permit-to-Work (PTW), operational procedures, and work instructions Maintain and update the management system in accordance with ISO 45001 requirements, ensuring evidence traceability and record control Conduct internal OHSMS audits, prepare compliance reports, and monitor action plans (5W2H) arising from nonconformities Identify and assess risks and opportunities using the IRO methodology (Identification of Risks and Opportunities), aligned with Clause 6\.1 of the standard Control the legal requirements matrix (Brazilian Regulatory Standards - NRs, occupational health and safety labor legislation, ordinances) and ensure periodic updates Develop and update the OHS training program, design instructional materials, and document evidence of competency development Investigate incidents and accidents using structured methodologies (e.g., causal tree, Ishikawa diagram, or equivalent), issue Work Accident Reports (CAT), and produce technical reports Support interface activities with external auditors, certification bodies, and Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE) inspectors during inspections and certification renewals Generate OHS indicators (frequency rate, severity rate, near-misses) and present results in management review meetings Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree * Commuter Allowance * Meal Voucher / Food Allowance * Health Insurance * Thirteenth Salary
