Job Description: * Manage all hotel departments comprehensively, ensuring service quality and guest satisfaction; * Monitor and control the unit's financial resources, reporting results to management and investors; * Manage procurement and supplies, as well as oversee supply and service contracts; * Define and implement the hotel's commercial policy, aligned with market strategies and established goals; * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and propose action plans for continuous improvement; * Supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of the hotel's infrastructure; * Conduct internal audits and implement necessary actions to align processes; * Ensure proper control and validity of permits and licenses with relevant authorities; * Manage the hotel team, fostering a positive work environment, developing talent, and ensuring compliance with internal policies; * Mandatory participation in standard operating procedure training sessions for the respective area, delivered via e-learning, in-person, or as directed by management.
