This role partners closely with engineering, product, IT, and cross\-functional teams to define project scopes, create timelines, manage resources, and ensure high\-quality delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, detail\-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast\-moving environment where priorities can shift. **Responsibilities** * Manage end\-to\-end project lifecycle, including planning, requirements gathering, scheduling, coordination, execution, and delivery. * Work closely with engineering and product teams to translate business goals into clear project plans and technical requirements across a **full SDLC environment.** * Coordinate project resources and workflows to keep teams aligned and accountable to agreed timelines. * Track project progress, highlight risks or blockers early, and work with stakeholders to solve issues. * Ensure project documentation is clear, current, and accessible to all relevant teams. * Facilitate effective cross\-functional communication and collaboration across engineering, IT, product, and operations. * Support process improvements across project management, documentation, release workflows, and communication practices. * Prepare and present project updates, status reports, and recommendations to senior leadership. **Requirements** * 5\+ years of technical project management experience in a software, health tech, SaaS, or related environment. * Strong understanding of software development processes and project lifecycle management. * Proven ability to lead cross\-functional teams and manage multiple projects at once. * Ability to identify dependencies, assess risks, and communicate tradeoffs with clarity. * Experience coordinating with engineering and product teams in both agile and hybrid settings. * Strong written and verbal communication skills (English B2 or better) * Comfortable working with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar). * Experience working in regulated environments (healthcare, financial services, or enterprise SaaS). * Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as **HIPAA, SOC 2, or HITRUST.** * Prior exposure to data privacy or information security considerations as part of project delivery **Benefits** * Competitive pay * Fully remote work * Working for a cutting edge, industry leading client * Advancement opportunities * Working with leaders and the brightest minds in the game
