Apply now and build the future of technology with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** We are looking for a **Senior Project Manager** to work with our client in the **energy sector**, leading strategic and critical business projects with high organizational impact and visibility to executive leadership. This professional will be responsible for leading initiatives involving multiple systems, business areas, and vendors, ensuring **planning, governance, and delivery** within agreed timelines and quality standards. * Manage two priority projects, with potential support for related initiatives; * Structure and review schedules, ensuring clarity on deadlines, responsibilities, and dependencies; * Lead progress meetings with technical and business stakeholders; * Identify risks and blockers, and propose action plans; * Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and oversee deliveries through to implementation; * Facilitate collaboration among multidisciplinary teams (IT, business units, vendors, and data teams); * Act as a bridge between areas with differing levels of maturity; * Ensure executive-level communication regarding status, deviations, and decisions; * Support the establishment of governance frameworks and project management best practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience as a **Senior Project Manager in IT projects**; * Experience managing complex projects and “firefighting” initiatives involving multiple stakeholders; * Hands-on experience with system integration, APIs, architecture, and data; * Knowledge of both agile and traditional methodologies (hybrid approach); * Ability to develop and manage realistic, executable schedules; * Prior experience working with ERP, CRM, or enterprise platforms; * Strong ability to translate between technical and business language. **Additional Information** Work model: Hybrid (up to 2 days per week, Cidade Monções neighborhood / São Paulo \- SP We are the **SysMap Group**, composed of the brands **SysMap Solutions, TriggoLabs, and triggo.ai**, an ecosystem of high-impact companies delivering innovative technology solutions that transform businesses and develop talent.
