We do not discriminate based on race, religion, color, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other basis. **Responsibilities and Duties** We seek a Process Auditor to evaluate business processes, internal controls, and management practices—with a focus on generating value and enabling continuous process improvement, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance. This professional will be responsible for executing end-to-end audits, assessing risks, controls, and regulatory compliance, as well as providing consultative support to business units to strengthen the internal control environment. * Plan and execute audits across business processes, identifying business objectives, processes, risks, and applicable controls for the audited area; * Execute assigned audit steps according to the audit program; * Prepare and review electronic working papers in accordance with established policy standards; * Draft technical and executive reports with clear communication of risks, impacts, and recommendations; * Monitor implementation of action plans (follow-up); * Collaborate closely with Administrative, IT, Risk, Compliance, and External Audit departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, or related fields; * Experience in External Audit (Big Four experience preferred). **Additional Information** Health and Hospital Insurance Dental Insurance iFood Benefits Wellhub Transportation Allowance Childcare Assistance Profit-Sharing Program (PLR) Life Insurance Hybrid Work Model Day Off Valid’s administrative area involves data analysis and fundamental decision-making critical to the company’s growth and development.
