If you are a professional who embraces challenges, is goal-oriented, and motivated by learning, join our team at a company offering a collaborative environment that fosters continuous growth. **Responsibilities and Duties** We seek a Senior Information Security Analyst focused on IAM, responsible for defining, operating, and evolving access management processes—including provisioning, periodic access reviews/certifications, segregation of duties (SoD), and control monitoring—to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Develop and monitor KPIs, executive reports, and support internal and external audits; lead and participate in Information Security projects related to IAM, governance, and continuous improvement of the environment. Ability to conduct access validations with managers, negotiate deadlines, and direct corrective actions regarding roles/access. **Key Activities:** Access Management, covering: provisioning, modifications, revocations, permission governance, and access auditing; Working with SSO and integration of IAM/IDP tools with multiple applications (authentication/authorization governance and identity centralization); Practical experience with periodic access reviews/certifications and collaboration with managers/executives to validate and ensure process compliance; Segregation of Duties (SoD) and prevention of access conflicts, including coordination with business areas for necessary adjustments; Ability to produce process documentation and records (tickets, evidence, traceability) to support governance and audits; Controls and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001/27002, NIST) applied to IAM and access control; Metrics and indicator-based management (KPIs) and executive reporting for leadership (with emphasis on risk and compliance); Working with Microsoft tools (e.g., Active Directory / Entra ID) and governance of groups, roles, and access in hybrid environments; Backlog management, traceability, evidence handling, and documentation. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed Bachelor’s degree (in IT, Information Security, Systems, Engineering, or related fields) **Desirable Courses: (will be considered an advantage)** IAM Fundamentals (RBAC/ABAC, SSO, federation, identity lifecycle); Cloud and Identity Security (modern authentication and governance perspectives); Risk and Controls Management (ISO/NIST-based practical application); Certifications within the identity ecosystem (e.g., IdP/SSO/MFA and identity governance learning paths). **Additional Information** The company offers a **competitive benefits package aligned with market practices**, tailored to the role’s level and responsibilities.
