If you enjoy technology, are organized, and have a solution-oriented profile, this opportunity could be yours! **Main Responsibilities** * User support (in-person and remote). * Hardware maintenance for laptops and computers (reinstallation, updates, software installation). Basic Linux administration (Ubuntu and CentOS). * Windows Server support (Active Directory, file management, directory permissions). * Configuration and support for computer networks (DHCP, Firewall, Wi-Fi, Access Points). * Support for website hosting (DNS, Nginx, Apache). * Monitoring and support in IT environment management. * Basic IP telephony support (server and client). * Basic IP security support (cameras, biometrics, and similar devices). **Requirements** * Prior experience in this role. * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree. * Basic knowledge of: Linux (Ubuntu and CentOS); Windows Server; Website hosting; Cloud Computing. * Intermediate knowledge of: Computer networks; IT environment management and monitoring. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with **PFSense** and **Unifi**. * Knowledge of **WordPress, cPanel, WHM**, and **email servers**. * Experience with **Zabbix** and **Grafana**.
