**Responsibilities and Duties**
**What awaits you daily:**

* Conduct financial risk analysis by interpreting financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, and Value Added Statement), identifying risks and opportunities.
* Perform labor compliance monitoring, ensuring proper management of labor documentation with suppliers—especially those classified as critical or high/low labor-risk enterprises.
* Lead collection meetings with responsible managers to improve monthly delivery of labor documentation.
* Monitor budgeting, payments, invoices, and supplier management.
* Prepare and finalize monthly departmental reports, including KPIs, labor compliance monitoring, measurements, risk matrix, third-party control and registration.

* Residency in São Paulo
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or related fields: Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Law, or Data/IT.
* Experience in accounting and finance routines.
* Experience in analyzing and monitoring labor documentation with suppliers.
* Applied accounting knowledge covering Balance Sheet, Income Statement, revenue forecasting, costs, expenses, depreciation, amortization, financial and tax results.
* Experience in monthly closing of departmental reports, including KPIs, labor compliance monitoring, measurements, risk matrix, third-party control and registration.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills (PROCs, macros, pivot tables, and dashboard creation).
* PowerPoint proficiency for managerial and executive presentations.
* Power BI knowledge, including dashboard creation.
* ERP system experience, preferably SAP.
**Nice-to-have:**

* Postgraduate degree or specialization in Corporate Finance or Controllership.
* Experience with the Telecom market dynamics and its products.
