A specialized consulting firm seeks a **Supply Chain Engineer** to work as a **consultant in supply chain management and structuring for the construction industry**. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Support the execution of Supply Chain projects for clients in the construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors; * Support Senior and Executive-level consultants during projects; * Conduct procurement and supply chain process diagnostics, identifying improvement opportunities; * Support the development and implementation of strategic sourcing strategies; * Participate in negotiation processes with material, equipment, and service suppliers; * Prepare and analyze RFQs/RFPs, comparative charts, and procurement recommendations; * Support supplier management and development; * Contribute to the establishment of supply chain policies, processes, and governance; * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and support the development of action plans; * Interact with internal and external stakeholders to ensure technical and commercial alignment; * Support cost reduction (cost saving) initiatives and contract optimization. ### **Technical Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering; * Prior experience covering the full lifecycle of a construction project; * Previous experience in the supply chain area; * Experience in the construction, infrastructure, or heavy industry sectors; * Experience in negotiations and supplier management; * Knowledge of strategic sourcing and cost analysis. ### **Behavioral Profile** * Insightfulness * Discipline * Planning * Resilience * Ability to teach * Communication Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
