**PREFERENCE FOR RESIDENTS OF SÃO PAULO'S NORTH ZONE AND GUARULHOS** Work schedule: ***Monday to Friday, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.*** and rotating Saturdays \- Monthly remuneration – R$ 2\.229,00 \- Profit-sharing bonus – R$ 1\.500,00 annually, paid in two installments in October and April \- Meal voucher – R$ 36,00 \- Flash Card \- Monthly food basket \- Transportation voucher / Fuel allowance \- Dental care assistance – Free \- After probation period \- Health care assistance – Free \- After probation period \- Life insurance – At no cost to the employee \- TotalPass \- Partnership agreement for up to 60% discount on undergraduate courses **Main responsibilities:** \- Vehicle tracking and status reporting to customers and internal stakeholders via system/phone/spreadsheets/e\-mail \- Monitoring of driver shift schedules, providing guidance to drivers \- Issuance of electronic cargo manifests (CT-e) and shipping documents \- Customer service \- Toll voucher issuance \- Support to the team leader in vehicle scheduling \- Driver registration, issuance of third-party contracts, and insurer/ANTT/other relevant research **Candidate requirements:** \- Completed high school education – logistics technologist or bachelor’s degree preferred \- Minimum 1 year of experience in dispatch/operations roles within a transportation company (preferred) \- Profile: strong communication skills, efficiency, agility in decision-making and negotiation.
