Job Summary: The Budget Analyst will be responsible for preparing construction cost estimates, researching partner companies, conducting quantity takeoffs, and creating budget spreadsheets for clients. The Budget Analyst will be responsible for preparing construction cost estimates within stipulated deadlines, researching partner companies for price quotations, performing quantity takeoffs, and creating and formatting budget spreadsheets for clients. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Report daily to the Budget Coordination team on the status of new budgets, whether deliveries are being met according to client-defined deadlines, and whether support from other MEGA departments is required. * Conduct price quotations with suppliers for specific services and/or projects. * Perform quantity takeoffs for projects to support budgeting. * Prepare the TAO (Work Initiation Term), where the Budget Analyst and/or Coordinator communicates all project information (client, exclusions, deadlines, pending items, scope, risks, and mitigation measures) to the engineering team and other client project stakeholders. * Conduct technical site visits nationwide for budgeting purposes, to assess all logistical implications related to the construction site and materials, as well as interferences not indicated in design documents. * Participate in meetings with clients to gain a better understanding of the project scope. * Prepare Technical Proposals whenever requested by the client. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Essential ability to read and interpret engineering drawings; * Knowledge of AutoCAD; * Experience with Sienge (Preferred) **WHO WE ARE.
