We are seeking a Project Manager (Special Projects \& Stakeholder Interface) to work on-site in São Paulo. This role will be responsible for internalizing strategic demands from various departments and transforming business ideas and aspirations into structured projects. The ideal candidate must act as a "translator" of needs—refining ambiguous briefings so the marketing team can propose efficient solutions for the Allp Fit ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Multi-Department Interface: Navigate across departments to understand needs, propose improvements, and identify areas for improvement to be executed by the Marketing Team Briefing Refinement: Extract information from stakeholders, understand business objectives, and formalize clear scopes for the Marketing team and other partner areas Management of the Allp Fit Universe: Organize the communication calendar for brands and products, understanding customer journeys both digitally and offline. Project Feasibility: Understand and coordinate with partner areas (Technology, Operations, Products?) regarding each party’s responsibilities for project success. Expectation Management: Report the status of complex projects to senior leadership, managing timelines, risks, and priorities. Hard Skills Experience in account servicing or planning (agency or consulting background is a plus). Strong analytical ability to transform vague requests into executable projects. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, etc. Soft Skills Clear and goal-oriented communication skills (ability to navigate between senior leadership and operational teams). Organized profile with focus on processes.
