




Job Summary: Professional responsible for defining and managing the product category lifecycle, driving growth through market analysis and strategic initiatives. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in the mass consumer market, especially food Main Responsibilities: · Define the market positioning of product categories aligned with the defined strategy. · Develop and monitor the entire product category lifecycle, evaluating and implementing process optimizations related to it. · Collaborate with various company departments to develop and implement product growth strategies. · Analyze competitors using market research and interactions with the sales team. · Ensure market analysis data and customer needs are fed back to help shape the future direction of product categories. · Prepare performance reports by segment, volume, quantity, customers, and other metrics. · Develop and monitor the Stage-Gate funnel for new products. · Identify opportunities for new products as well as products to be discontinued. · Analyze and identify opportunities related to product changes. · Analyze the appropriate product portfolio and propose the brand to be used. · Responsible for developing and modifying packaging, coordinating with relevant internal departments. · Conduct periodic sales and pricing analysis. · Participate in marketing plan development. · Prepare presentations for senior management, executive leadership, sales team, customers, and other departments. · Conduct field visits whenever necessary. Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, or Business Administration Required Experience: Proven prior experience Required Knowledge: · Solid experience in product marketing management, marketing principles, and tools. · Experience in the mass consumer market, particularly in food. · Proficiency in tools such as Nielsen, Scanntech, Neogrid, and others. · Ability to synthesize market trends. · Strong communication and influence skills. · Advanced Microsoft Office suite proficiency.
