Strategic and consultative engagement with clients Responsibilities: \- Lead strategic planning for influencer marketing campaigns, from diagnosis through insight generation and creative direction; \- Develop clear and inspiring strategic briefs for creative and content teams; \- Coordinate market research, data analysis, consumer behavior studies, and digital trends, with focus on social platforms and the influencer ecosystem; \- Define and monitor performance KPIs, supporting campaign result measurement and learnings for future initiatives; \- Collaborate with account management and new business teams in developing proposals and client presentations; \- Ensure brand positioning consistency within influencer strategies, reinforcing narratives and identity; \- Guide the planning team (analysts and junior planners), fostering a collaborative and continuously developing environment; \- Serve as a strategic reference for clients, participating in meetings, pitch defenses, and executive alignments. Requirements: Experience as a planning manager; Experience at influencer marketing agencies; Experience in people management.
