Opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization We are looking for an Industrial Controlling Specialist to strategically support financial and operational management within the industrial area, ensuring effective cost control. **Responsibilities and Duties** Monitor industrial costs (production, warehousing, and logistics); Develop and analyze managerial reports and performance indicators (KPIs); Support monthly industrial results closing; Control operation budget and forecast; Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement; Provide strategic financial analysis support to operational departments; Ensure accuracy of accounting and financial information; Participate in continuous improvement and process optimization projects. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; Solid experience as a Controller or in Industrial Controlling; Experience in industrial, logistics, or cold-chain environments (preferred); Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems; Strong analytical skills and strategic vision; Experience in cost and budget management.
