Organize and structure data libraries The company is seeking a Fixed Asset Analyst in Barueri (Alphaville). **Responsibilities:** Perform fixed asset accounting analyses based on project fixed asset databases. Issue monitoring and project delivery reports. Conduct file data reconciliation and verification. Prepare financial statements based on performed analyses. Produce materials and presentations for clients. Organize and structure project data libraries. Conduct validations and verifications at client sites when necessary. Previous experience as a Fixed Asset Analyst, Property Analyst, Asset Management Specialist, or Fixed Asset Coordinator may indicate alignment with some of the activities in this position. Bachelor's degree in progress.
