Coordinate, plan, and control activities related to the calculation, analysis, and management of industrial costs, ensuring information accuracy, support for pricing decisions, product profitability, and compliance with accounting standards. **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:*** Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; * Preferred: Postgraduate degree in Controllership, Finance, or Industrial Management; * Prior experience in industrial cost areas; * Experience with ERP systems; * Investment analysis, financial mathematics, accounting, and cost accounting; * Product structure (BOM) and production processes; * Inventory and stock control; * Advanced Excel and BI tools. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:*** Coordinate the monthly closing of industrial costs (raw materials, packaging, labor, and manufacturing overhead) by consolidating, verifying, and analyzing accounting, production, and inventory data to ensure accurate calculation of manufacturing costs and reliable managerial decision-making support; * Ensure correct calculation of product costs by validating costing methodologies, system configurations, allocations, and accounting and operational reconciliations to guarantee financial information accuracy*, compliance*, and appropriate profitability measurement; * Analyze cost variances related to production efficiency, losses, and yield by monitoring industrial KPIs, comparing actual vs. standard/budgeted performance, and investigating major deviations to identify improvement opportunities and support corrective actions on cost and operational performance; * Monitor raw material, work-in-process, and finished goods inventories by tracking accounting and physical balances, performing reconciliations, and analyzing inventory discrepancies to ensure alignment between system records and physical inventories, reducing risks of financial and operational distortions; * Develop and validate cost simulations for new products and for changes in production processes or inputs for existing items, based on product structures, manufacturing routings, material consumption, production times, and industrial assumptions, to support economic feasibility decisions, pricing, and assessment of financial impacts from changes; * Support departments in financial impact analysis by providing cost studies, scenarios, and comparative analyses to aid operational and strategic decisions aligned with efficiency, profitability, and business sustainability; * Coordinate standard cost reviews and simulations for new products through periodic reassessment of consumption assumptions, processes, volumes, yields, and input costs to maintain an updated cost base that accurately reflects operational reality and supports managerial decisions; * Participate in pricing and margin analysis per product, customer, and channel by providing and validating cost information, financial simulations, and profitability studies to support commercial strategies and ensure balance between competitiveness and economic results; * Ensure preparation and validation of ancillary and tax obligations linked to the industrial area, including Block K, Block H, ECF, and monthly declarations to IBGE, by consolidating, reviewing, and validating economic, tax, production, and inventory data to ensure legal compliance, data accuracy, and mitigation of tax and regulatory risks; * Coordinate the development of the budgeted Cost of Production Sold (CPV) by defining, consolidating, and validating cost, volume, productivity, and operational efficiency assumptions together with involved departments to ensure consistency in financial-industrial planning and support the company’s budgeting process; * Support internal and external audits by providing documentation, technical clarifications, evidence of controls, and assistance in required validations to demonstrate process compliance, information reliability, and adherence to applicable standards and policies; * Ensure compliance with accounting standards (CPC/IFRS) and industry best practices applicable to the pharmaceutical sector by monitoring legislation, applying technical criteria, and continuously reviewing cost and inventory processes to ensure regulatory adherence, accounting consistency, and reduction of non-compliance risks; * Propose improvements to processes and internal controls related to costs and inventories by analyzing failures, identifying automation opportunities, reviewing workflows, and strengthening controls to increase operational efficiency, information reliability, and prevention of financial and operational risks.
