Opportunity – Key Responsibilities What You’ll Do: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Long Tail Channel Coordinator to lead and execute both online and in-person projects. The primary focus will be on serving customers at the early stage of their development journey or those served remotely. This professional will be essential in ensuring alignment and implementation of strategic initiatives across multiple channels—with emphasis on the medical and specialty markets—driving excellence in events, materials, and scientific and business programs. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate online and in-person projects aimed at efficiently serving customers at the early stage of their development journey or those receiving remote service. * Ensure execution and alignment of initiatives across various channels (medical or specialties), guaranteeing timely and budget-compliant delivery of Scientific Trainings. * Lead the development and implementation of promotional events, materials, and scientific and business programs targeting the Medical market. * Develop tools and content for the Medical channel’s scientific and business curriculum—including briefing creation, approval, and deployment of promotional materials. * Serve as a direct interface with Brand Teams, ensuring channel strategies are consistently reflected across all executions. * Actively collaborate with partner functions—including Medical Sales Force, DTC & Digital, Trade, Training, Medical Affairs, Speakers, Regulatory, and other stakeholders—to ensure excellence in executing the Medical channel’s tactical plan. Requirements and Qualifications Academic Background * Bachelor’s degree completed. Knowledge and Skills * Proven experience in project and event management, with strong interfacing and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders (involving more than six areas). * Solid experience interfacing with the Sales Force, ensuring strategic alignment and execution. * Nexialist profile: ability to connect departments, integrate distinct fronts, and ensure governance and on-time delivery. * Basic understanding of digital platform management. * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Preferred Qualifications * Experience executing promotional and scientific events.
