The **Product Engineer** is the technical leader in developing innovative and sustainable products. This professional serves as the link between design, technical feasibility, and industrial production, ensuring each project achieves the ideal balance among **quality, cost, timeline, and environmental impact**. It is a strategic role requiring strong collaboration skills and systemic vision—from initial feasibility analysis through final market delivery—always emphasizing eco-design and carbon footprint reduction. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What are the main responsibilities?** **1\. Design Management and Planning** * Plan actions, tasks, and required resources (human and financial) for the project. * Coordinate design progress with various stakeholders (ICT, Prototyping, Designers, etc.). * Monitor project objectives, focusing on sustainable development, costs, and timelines. **2\. Feasibility Validation** * Analyze technical and financial feasibility (target price) of the product. * Ensure legal compliance, patent analysis, and risk assessment. * Collaborate on the product “brief” and validate functionalities using appropriate testing methods. **3\. Eco-Design and Industrial Development** * Lead the **eco\-design** process, prioritizing recyclable materials (mono\-materials), durability, and repairability. * Manage prototype creation and conduct usage and safety tests. * Adapt design to optimize industrial production in terms of capacity, productivity, and cost. **4\. Quality Assurance and Data Management** * Ensure accuracy of the bill of materials (E\-BOM) and environmental data in the PLM system. * Publish a complete and clear "TechPack" (technical package) for production. * Monitor market quality (customer reviews) and implement continuous improvements. **5\. Strategy and Innovation** * Conduct technological and market monitoring to identify innovations and potential disruptions. * Influence the team’s technical strategy and define product transformation tactics. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What do you need?** * Degree in Fashion Management, Textile Engineering, or Technical Training in Garment Production. * Experience with finished products in apparel development and production follow-up. * Advanced/Fluent English. * Proficiency in Illustrator or Photoshop; * Knowledge of pattern-making and desirable knowledge of 3D pattern-making; * Preferred experience with fitness, running, and beachwear products; * Willingness to travel. **What do we expect from our team members?** * Believe in the joys and benefits of sport; * Be action- and challenge-oriented; * Be passionate about customer satisfaction; * Value teamwork and collective effort; * Be proactive and entrepreneurial; * Be able to work responsibly and autonomously; * Have courage in decision-making; * Demonstrate creativity and adaptability in adverse situations. **Additional Information** **Our Benefits** * DecaPack: Monthly compensation, transportation allowance, meal or food voucher, medical and dental insurance, Dra.
