Within this ecosystem, we are looking for a Partnership Analyst for **AdSports**, a digital platform that connects sports entities (clubs, federations, and athletes) with brands and advertisers through a sponsorship auction model. This role serves as the bridge between the sports world and the brand world, covering everything from opportunity identification and outreach to final delivery. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Identify entities, clubs, federations, and athletes for onboarding and expansion of offerings (partner prospecting); * Conduct platform onboarding; * Support entities in creating their advertisements, mapping spaces, audiences, formats, and calendars; * Draft or co\-create sponsorship opportunity descriptions, ensuring clarity and commercial appeal; * Guide clubs and athletes on how to present their value proposition to the market; * Ensure executed contracts are delivered as agreed; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in communications, press relations, marketing, and partner relationship management; * Above-average writing skills to transform technical discussions into compelling commercial copy; * Strong organizational ability to manage multiple simultaneous onboarding and validation processes; * Completed undergraduate degree (in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Commercial Management, or related fields); * **Preferred:** Experience in sports marketing and a network of contacts with clubs and entities in the Paraíba Valley and São Paulo. **Additional Information** Contract type: PJ (individual contractor) Hybrid model \- Two days per week onsite Welcome to tgid!
