Job Summary: We are seeking a Buyer to manage sports footwear categories, responsible for planning, negotiation, and product portfolio development, aiming for growth and competitiveness. We are looking for a **Buyer** to manage **sports footwear** categories, responsible for planning, negotiation, and product portfolio development, contributing to Kallan’s growth and competitiveness in the market. Below are more details about this opportunity: **Responsibilities and Duties** Coordinate and optimize the collection procurement process—from planning through negotiation, goods receipt, and sales performance tracking. Lead **OTB (Open to Buy)** planning and category assortment planning. Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships based on ethics, transparency, and business partnership. Ensure execution of the category’s promotional calendar, collaborating with other departments to maximize results. Define and implement category strategy aligned with the company’s strategic plan. Manage purchase orders and receipts to ensure adequate stock replenishment and mitigate out-of-stock risks. Conduct supplier prospecting, onboarding, management, and evaluation. Monitor and ensure proper execution of processes handled by product assistants and/or analysts. Support team development through coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in **Business Administration, Fashion, Marketing, or related fields**. Prior experience in procurement. Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)**.
