Monitor and evaluate athletes, issuing performance reports Responsible for delivering classes and training sessions to athletes and members registered in the section, according to the season or Olympic cycle plan. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Recommend possible adjustments to infrastructure required for implementing section activities, in accordance with guidelines established by the Sport Director. * Execute training schedules targeting competitions and sporting events, delivering training to elite athletes or others as required by the plan. * Arrange athlete registrations for competitions according to the established calendar. * Monitor and evaluate athletes during competitions or training attendance, issuing performance reports for submission to the immediate supervisor. * Support the immediate supervisor in contacting affiliated sports entities. * Prepare periodic activity reports for the group and submit them to the immediate supervisor for evaluation. * Propose to the immediate supervisor a review of remuneration and benefits for athletes within the group. * Refer new non-member athletes to undergo the pre-hiring process. * Propose talent identification through tryouts or technical visits, recommending candidates for the hiring process. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education. CREF registration. Desirable: Specialization or postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management. Microsoft Office suite.
