Friendly Collections Leader We are seeking a Collections Team Leader with an operational profile, results focus, and strong leadership skills to directly manage the team and drive operational performance. We seek a professional with energy, sense of urgency, strong communication skills, and the ability to closely, systematically, and goal-orientedly manage the collections routine. Main Responsibilities: * Monitor operational KPIs and results daily; * Lead the collections team on a day-to-day basis, ensuring productivity and performance; * Strategically distribute and monitor collections portfolios; * Develop and monitor recovery and negotiation strategies; * Track outreach efforts, agreements, productivity, and portfolio progress; * Conduct feedback sessions, alignment meetings, and individual follow-ups with the team; * Ensure operational organization, process compliance, and service quality; * Support team development and engagement; * Identify operational improvement opportunities and track action plans; * Collaborate closely with area leadership to guide operations. Requirements: * Prior experience in collections team leadership; * Experience monitoring KPIs and targets; * Strong organizational and operational monitoring skills; * Dynamic profile with sense of urgency and results orientation; * Excellent communication and people management skills; * Knowledge of friendly collections and negotiation; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Preferred experience in financial services or banking correspondents.
