Ensuring administrative organization and compliance with regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** Responsible for coordinating the unit's administrative routines, acting as support to the Human Resources Department, managing electronic timekeeping, document control, implementation and recording of disciplinary actions, and monitoring performance evaluations. Acts as the responsible person for the Customer Service Channel (SAC), providing customer service, tracking customer complaints, and handling internal follow-ups. Ensures administrative organization, uniform control, signature collection, and support to leadership, guaranteeing compliance with internal regulations and contractual requirements. **Candidate Profile:** Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. Proven experience in administrative routines and Human Resources support. Experience with electronic timekeeping and disciplinary control. Strong communication skills, organizational ability, professional demeanor, and capacity to manage multiple tasks.
