Administer payroll, time tracking, banked hours, and employment terminations. Supervise admission and dismissal medical examinations. Plan and implement training and professional development programs. Update documents, job descriptions, and internal policies. Conduct performance evaluations and offboarding procedures. Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal procedures. Previous experience as HR Director, Talent Manager, People Management Coordinator, or HR Leader may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
