Leadership profile with excellent communication skills and strong ownership mindset. **RSG Brasil Headhunters** **Santo Andre / SP** **Client: Law Firm** **Position: Generalist Human Resources Analyst** **Description:** * Handle all HR functions across the firm; * Lead the HR department and report to the firm's partners; * Prepare performance reports and controls; * Experience across all HR areas, with particular emphasis on internal communication, team training, internal hiring, payroll and benefits verification; * Directly supervise one HR staff member; * Assist in identifying new suppliers and best practices within the industry/field; **Profile:** * Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in HR; * Excellent communication skills and strong ownership mindset; * Team management experience and leadership profile; * Analytical ability regarding payroll and strong negotiation skills; * 100% on-site. **Compensation: CLT, between R$ 4\.000,00 and R$ 5\.000,00** Immediate start: preferably by March 26 www.rsgbrasil.com.br
