Our team maintains constant interaction with national and international clients and partners, fostering a collaborative and challenging work environment. **Key responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Support the commercial area in negotiations and client service; * Prepare commercial proposals, reports, and presentations; * Interface with national and international clients and suppliers; * Monitor orders, contracts, and commercial processes; * Update internal controls, KPIs, and systems; * Participate in commercial meetings in English; * Conduct market analysis and performance tracking; * Support the sales team and commercial management; * Assist in strategic relationship management with clients and partners. **Requirements** -------------- * Advanced English proficiency; * Prior experience in commercial roles, corporate customer service, or internal sales; * Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and analytical mindset; * Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multitasking environment; * Availability for on-site work in São Paulo – SP. ### **Preferred qualifications** * Experience in multinational companies; * Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, International Relations, or related fields; * Intermediate Spanish proficiency. **Behavioral competencies** -------------------------------- * Clear and professional communication; * Analytical and commercially oriented mindset; * Organization and attention to detail; * Proactivity and dynamism; * Strong negotiation and interpersonal relationship skills; * Teamwork capability; * Results orientation.
