This position is for you if you enjoy working closely with numbers as well as operations. You will be the key person responsible for ensuring financial organization, cash flow health, and administrative efficiency, supporting leadership in day-to-day decision-making and business planning. * Coordination of accounts payable and accounts receivable * Cash flow management and bank reconciliation * Delinquency control and collection processes * Preparation of financial reports, income statements (DRE), and KPIs * Support in annual budget planning and monitoring * Monitoring of costs, expenses, and profitability * Oversight of financial contracts and banking negotiations * Coordination of administrative routines and internal processes * Management of supplier and service provider contracts * Liaison with external accounting and submission of tax documents * Verification of taxes, invoices, and ancillary obligations * Support in audits and compliance processes * Payroll verification, labor charges, and benefits * Control of hiring, termination, vacations, and timekeeping * Support in recruitment, onboarding, and labor documentation * Ensuring compliance with labor legislation and internal policies. Requirements**Mandatory Requirements** * Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative and/or financial areas * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields * Solid experience with financial routines (AP/AR, cash flow, reconciliations) * Basic or intermediate knowledge of payroll department * Proficiency in Excel or financial analysis tools * Analytical, organized, and process-oriented profile * Strong communication skills and ability to interact across departments **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with ERP systems * Knowledge of controllership and financial KPIs * Prior experience in trading or distribution companies Benefits CLT employment contract with a comprehensive package designed for those who wish to grow alongside the business. * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy * Meal/food voucher * Performance bonus (program currently under implementation) * Proximity to management, with autonomy and space to propose improvements Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
