Your responsibilities will include: * Training Needs Assessment (TNA); * Identifying competency gaps within specific teams through interviews with managers or analysis of performance evaluations; * Training Logistics: Organizing all required infrastructure, including booking physical or virtual classrooms, participant invitations, coffee breaks, training materials, and attendance list management; * Vendor Management: Sourcing, contracting, and overseeing external consulting firms and speakers, ensuring deliverables align with contractual agreements; * Onboarding Facilitation: Typically responsible for conducting new employee orientation sessions, introducing company culture and processes; * KPI Monitoring; * Tracking metrics such as participation rate, training hours per employee, cost per person, and course satisfaction scores (NPS); * Instructional Design Support: Reviewing technical content and assisting in implementing new learning objects in the LMS. **Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or Pedagogy. * Practical experience facilitating in-person and/or live online training sessions. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Proficiency in PowerPoint or Canva for developing support materials. * Excellent public speaking skills and ability to lead engaging activities. * Ability to create control spreadsheets, pivot tables, and basic dashboards to monitor performance indicators (KPIs). * Experience organizing annual training schedules and logistics for educational events. * Experience liaising with managers across various departments to understand training needs. * Familiarity with the 70-20-10 learning model and Kirkpatrick’s levels of evaluation. * Operational proficiency with learning platforms (e.g., Moodle, SuccessFactors). * Intermediate English proficiency. **Additional Information** * Employment type: CLT (Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho) * Workload: 40 hours per week * Location: Jundiaí/SP – Hybrid format **What We Offer** * Fixed salary; * Benefits: Health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, flexible meal/food allowance, TotalPass, and partnerships with educational institutions. * This position is open to individuals with disabilities or those rehabilitated by INSS.
