We are looking for a professional to join our Benefits team, responsible for servicing a client portfolio with insurable and/or non-insurable benefits of intermediate complexity. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide service to a medium-complexity client portfolio through in-person, telephone, and/or digital tools, ensuring all clients receive timely and accurate service tailored to their needs. * Deliver customer service through attentive treatment grounded in dialogue and understanding of client needs, aiming to clarify doubts and/or provide necessary information regarding the coverage process for insurable and/or non-insurable benefits. * Support customers regarding reimbursement requests and/or pre-approvals, via in-person, telephone, and/or digital tools, to ensure effective reimbursement of expenses incurred outside the accredited network. * Carry out necessary procedures for market research by gathering required data and/or information to complete quotation forms, identifying the best conditions and facilities available to the client within the renewal deadline. * Prepare reports and/or presentations containing claims indicators, organizing data, information, and quantitative and qualitative analyses, to provide clients with policy performance results. * Identify opportunities for improvement through process mapping conducted during execution, application of procedures, and workflow implementation, proposing actions enabling continuous improvement in customer service. * Perform other related and inherent professional activities as needed or required by the department, whenever necessary, through training, professional qualification, and guidance from the immediate supervisor, ensuring continuous professional development. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency * Experience in the insurance sector with health and dental products, and knowledge of current ANS regulations * Client-focused mindset, professionalism, collaboration, innovation, organization, resilience, logical reasoning, and assertive communication **Additional Information** * Sul América Health and Dental Insurance Plan * Life Insurance * Meal and/or food allowance * Transportation allowance * Profit-sharing program (PLR) * Gympass * Birthday leave (Day off) * Apoio Pass for you and your dependents * Discounts on personal insurance contracts such as auto, life, home, travel, and others.
