Responsible for supplier quotation, negotiation, and contracting We are seeking a professional to work in the **Supply Chain area with focus on sanitation construction execution**, participating in supplier contracting and management processes directly supporting construction fronts. This position requires an analytical profile, negotiation skills, and strong interaction with field teams, ensuring alignment among contracted scope, execution timelines, and operational needs of construction projects. The professional will support construction project demands by leading supplier and service provider quotation, negotiation, and contracting processes. **Work Model:** **100% on-site work**, alternating between office and visits to **construction sites**, as required by construction front needs. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze **technical scopes and demands of ongoing sanitation construction projects**; * Lead **quotation processes with suppliers and service providers**; * Prepare **comparative quotation charts** to support contracting decisions; * Conduct **commercial negotiations**, seeking optimal cost, timeline, and operational requirement fulfillment; * Draft and formalize **contracts with suppliers and service providers**; * Maintain **continuous interface with construction teams**, ensuring alignment between contracted scope and execution; * Participate in **technical and commercial alignment meetings** with suppliers; * Monitor suppliers **directly at construction sites**, when necessary; * Support control and organization of contracting processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, or related fields**; * **Prior experience in supply chain**, preferably in **sanitation or infrastructure construction projects**; * Experience in contracting **services and suppliers for construction projects**; * Intermediate to advanced **Microsoft Office suite**, with Excel proficiency for developing controls and comparative charts; * Strong **analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills**; * **Proactive, dynamic profile with excellent communication skills**, enabling effective interaction with construction teams and suppliers. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * Life insurance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance.
