Job Summary: Professional responsible for tender document analysis, preparation of technical/commercial proposals, and budgeting for industrial assembly and maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Technical visits for scope validation and information gathering **Responsibilities:** * Read, critically analyze, and interpret tender documents, technical scopes, and procurement-related documents; * Prepare technical and commercial queries to clients during the bidding process; * Conduct technical visits for information gathering and scope validation; * Estimate required resources (labor, infrastructure, equipment, tools, and vehicles); * Identify and analyze project costs, including direct, indirect, and operational costs; * Prepare budget spreadsheets, Technical Proposals, and Commercial Proposals, ensuring compliance with tender requirements; * Support proposal development for Industrial Assembly projects and Maintenance/Shutdown contracts. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in budgeting for Industrial Assembly and Shutdowns, including preparation of Technical and Commercial Proposals; * Knowledge of cost management and resource estimation; * Advanced proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., pivot tables, lookup functions, and data analysis); * Analytical, dynamic, and organized profile, with strong planning, negotiation skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
