Job Summary: Professional responsible for controlling and organizing materials, managing inventories, issuing fiscal invoices, and complying with quality and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on quality, safety, and tax legislation **Description**: ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Physical receipt and verification of materials; physical inventory of auxiliary materials. * Cyclical inventory of maintenance materials. * Locating and delivering maintenance parts to plant users via maintenance orders. * Issuing fiscal invoices for packaging to suppliers and transfers to Fem sa units. * Issuing fiscal invoices for industrialization. * Filling out the chemical product movement control report for the plant. * Registering plant maintenance materials; controlling materials held by third parties. * Maintaining control over materials sent for repair. * Organizing and archiving documents related to the warehouse. * Performing activities related to the Food Quality and Safety System by executing procedures described in internal routines. * Complying with waste management rules applicable to the area. * Understanding Aspects and Impacts (APIR). * Complying with occupational medicine and safety rules and regulations, as per procedures described in internal routines. * Performing other related duties. * Implementing and analyzing system controls and loss controls, the MOM Manual, and the Integrated Management System across Manufacturing production lines. * Contracting celebrations and Happy Hours for departments (via Concur/SAP/Ariba). * Contracting transportation, air tickets, accommodations, and car rentals for departmental events (via Concur/SAP/Ariba). **Other Requirements**: * Education: Completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Desired Experience: Prior experience in key activities required for this position is desirable.
